FUBA is a higher education institution with an emphasis on teaching. FUBA students are trained in general skills that allow them to play a role in their own development as well as in that of the region and of the country.

In 2025, FUBA will be a higher education institution that innovates and contributes with the civic and cultural spheres and aids in the development of good citizenship. It will offer high-quality, certified academic programs in diverse areas, aligned with its mission. The University Foundation will undergo the process of obtaining its institutional certification of quality, supported by its active teaching principles, and by the use of innovative technologies. FUBA will be especially dedicated to providing benefits to its community within a sustainable development model.
